An invoice for services will be provided.
The amount will be filled in by you, since all payments are
confidential to you and determined by you.
A blank envelope will be provided for you to submit your payment.
Treatment cost is based on a sliding scale from $15-$50.
There is no paperwork to fill out and no set income requirement.
